"We also have a very rare opening for a three-quarter-time Crisis Supervisor / Inpatient Authorizer, working three regular shifts per week with the possibility of additional on-call shifts if desired.  These positions are rare because our staff remain in them and turnover is minimal.  Most of our "newest" full-time Supervisors have been in their positions five years or more.  Their colleagues have been with us for one or two decades or more.
Come join us, for work that will really feed you, and a position you will want to hold onto."

Would you like a career with:

*    Fantastic coworkers.
*    A chance to supervise unpaid volunteers who are there purely to help others.
*    Contact with a wide range of professionals throughout the community as a respected consultant.
*    Efficient, minimalist documentation requirements.
*    The ability to help vast numbers of people, yet with no direct client contact.
*    Opportunities to grow and expand your role.

We need an individual who:

*    Is a Mental Health Professional (as defined by the State of Washington).
*    Has crisis intervention experience and experience with the chronically mentally ill.
*    Knows or can quickly learn the King County mental healthcare system.

In addition, the right person will be unusually conscientious, possess extremely sound clinical judgment, and exercise tact and diplomacy in all their interactions.
